How is IMO able to integrate with Symitar (Episys)? Print E-mail
  1.  Trust Data provides Report Generator specfile programming to generate survey response codes on member letters and teller receipts.  As the codes are generated, they are uploaded to the IMO database, which will reside on one of your servers.  Thus, the member will immediately be able to visit your website to take the survey.  Survey data can also be downloaded to Symitar (Episys) as needed.
  2. Survey results can be traced back to an individual transaction, and reported according to a branch, product, or individual employee.
