MCW Auto Sign Up is a custom set of scripts that will allow your members to sign themselves up to use MCW, reset their locked account and maintain their access codes.  

MCW Auto Sign Up can also allow members to unfreeze a frozen account. Members are allowed three tries to log into MCW. If they don’t enter the correct information after three tries, their account is frozen. The scripts allows the member three additional tries. If they enter all of the information correctly during this time their account will be unfrozen and their access code will be changed. If they don’t enter the information correctly in the first three tries then they will have to contact the credit union to have their account un-frozen. This is customizable for each institution.
